Small developments of exceptional homes,
built to endure.
Designed with care.
Finished with precision.
Abbotswood Homes is a small property development company working across the South West London and the Home Counties. We focus on repurposing existing buildings to provide homes that are considered in their design, honest in their materials, and intended to last for generations.
Our Values
Exclusivity
We build in small numbers, not on mass. Every Abbotswood home is considered created for those who recognise the difference between a property and a home.
Heritage
We are rooted in a tradition of fine building. Our work draws on the enduring principles of classical architecture and craftsmanship, interpreted for the way people live today.
Excellence
From the materials we select to the partners we work with, every decision is made in pursuit of the highest standard. Excellence is not an aspiration for Abbotswood — it is the baseline.
