Founder & Director
Dr Emma Horsnell-Shave
Dr Emma Horsnell-Shave is the founder of Abbotswood Homes, a boutique developer that gives tired and overlooked buildings a new life as beautiful homes.
As a veterinary surgeon, Emma brings a clinician's eye to every project: assess carefully, find what's really wrong, and restore it properly. She has invested in London property for 15 years and built a residential portfolio of more than 14 units. Abbotswood Homes turns that experience towards something more creative: converting old offices, banks and commercial buildings into well-designed flats.
Outside property and practice, Emma competes as a showjumper, a sport that has taught her patience, precision and the value of getting the fundamentals right.
Design & Interiors
Manon Bevan
Manon shapes the character of every Abbotswood home, translating architectural ambition into interiors that feel timeless, calm, and deeply considered. Based at RH Interiors, she ensures every finish is on trend and of impeccable quality.
Operations & Sales
Jack Gardiner
Jack manages the day-to-day operations and buyer experience, making sure every enquiry is met with clarity, warmth, and attention to detail. He assists with initial design to ensure it matches with local demographics. He also owns his own agency in Putney, Mallard.
Project Manager
Dan Stiles
Dan is an experienced Project Manager and construction professional with expertise across commercial and residential development. Through Syndicate Group Southern, he brings practical knowledge of project delivery and cost management.
