Nine loft residences set within a restored Victorian yard, retaining the raw envelope and rhythm of the original hall.
Cordwainer Yard preserves the timber roof, brick piers and cathedral windows of the original 1890s building. New insertions are treated as furniture — considered, self-contained, and reversible.
The result is a set of nine lofts with double-height living volumes, warm oak floors and a shared inner courtyard, planted for four seasons of quiet.
